You must be able to work as part of a team to support the learning and welfare of pupils in school. Particular emphasis will be on working with individual pupils and small groups.
Experience of working with children/young people in a school environment is essential for this job, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with pupils and staff members

As part of your wider duties and responsibilities you are required to promote and actively support the Councils responsibilities towards safeguarding. It is about creating safe places, being vigilant and doing something about any concerns you might have.
