Ings Grove House is a purpose built home, providing spacious accommodation over two floors we have 40 private rooms with en-suite facilities. Located in Mirfield adjacent to parkland, well-located for road, rail and bus routes. We are registered to provide a variety of services consisting of respite care, short stay and intermediate care for adults.

Working with vulnerable adults in this residential establishment, you will be part of a large team ensuring the provision of quality care to service users.  Supporting the Care Assistants and Domestic staff, you will act as a role model ensuring that duties are carried out effectively in line with service objectives, policies, procedures and standards.

Together with experience of working in a relevant care setting and NVQ 2 in Care you will have the ability to challenge practice that does not meet the requirements/standards and the literacy skills to enable you to write reports and maintain service user records.

We actively encourage our teams to follow public health advice on any vaccinations (for example Covid, Flu, Hep B) that will help us to keep our vulnerable service users and teams safe.
