KIRKLEES COUNCIL ARE ADVERTISING THIS ROLE ON BEHALF OF HORBURY ACADEMY

Horbury Academy are seeking to appoint to the role of Senior Estates Officer. The role will report to the Business Operations Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the day to day premises operations at a site level. You will work as a key member of the Estates team at the academy and across the Trust, deploying available estates staff to provide an effective, timely and efficient estates support service to pupils, staff, and visitors at the academy.

The successful candidate will be required to apply high standards of customer service in a polite and timely manner, be flexible and practical in approach and exemplify a ‘can do’ attitude and approach as part of both the academy and wider Trust Estates team. A key aspect of the role will be managing contractors on site and maintaining compliance checks and records.

The Accord Multi Academy Trust was established in September 2016 and is currently made up of four academies who were the founding members of the Trust.
