You will be entitled to a retention payment of £1500 per year pro rata which will be spilt into two payments, in December and June. You become eligible for the payment after 6 months employment and successful completion of your probationary period.

You will be required to consider holistic assessments and reviews of a person’s needs, and this will involve seeking and encouraging the contribution of customers, their carers and relatives, as well as others involved in their care.  You will engage in multi-agency working with a range of health and social care professionals to achieve the best outcomes for people

We are looking for a Social Worker to join our team and work with us in an extremely flexible and supportive environment at ASYE, Level 2, or Level 3.

You must hold a Social Work England recognised professional Social Work Qualification and have evidence that you be registered with the SWE.

Travel is an essential part of this job and therefore it would be extremely difficult for you to do your job effectively if you did not use a car for all or most of the time. It is essential that you hold a full and valid driving licence, and it is expected that you will either use a council vehicle or your own car. Exceptions can be made for disabled applicants.
