You will work as an Apprentice and will be required to complete a training programme that will cover all aspects of the role and will be delivered through blended learning by a registered training provider.

The Care phones team installs a range of assistive technologies to support people to live independently in their own home. The equipment can be linked to the control centre so people can request help or sensors alert us to a problem such as a smoke alarm going off, someone has not taken their medication or someone vulnerable is leaving their property. The call handlers arrange appropriate support, re-assurance or response to all calls received.
