Middlestown Primary Academy are seeking a Caretaker to join their team to ensure the provision of a pleasant, safe and secure environment for all pupils and staff. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the general maintenance of the Academy site, fixtures and fittings including minor repairs and upkeep of the site.


The successful applicant should have some experience in a relevant field and demonstrable skills
applicable for a caretaking and/or premises role.


This position is offered as a split shift; 7.15am to 9.45am and 3pm to 6pm.


Whilst we are keen to receive applications for covering both shifts, candidates may apply for either the morning position, afternoon position or both.  The successful candidate must have the ability to work flexibly and support across the Trust should the need arise e.g. project working over school holiday periods; therefore a full driving licence and ability to travel across all sites is essential.
