Wanted. A confident, competent, capable department leader of Middle School for our specialist autism school.

We are looking for an outstanding teacher with proven expertise in teaching pupils with autism. They will be an outstanding professional who is ambitious for their pupils and the school. We want a teacher who will challenge and support pupils and staff to achieve their best through:

Inspiring trust and confidence; Building team commitment; Engaging and motivating pupils with autism; Being a reflective and self-evaluating practitioner; Taking positive action to improve the quality of learning throughout the school.
