Kirklees Community Association (KCA) is a local charity with innovation in its heart. Working closely with both the private and public sectors, KCA offers a not-for-profit social enterprise vehicle for achieving a variety of aims including social gain for the Kirklees area. We directly deliver high quality, affordable homes for people across Kirklees and are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic professional to drive forward a new chapter in KCA’s story.

Employed by Kirklees Council, you will be responsible for working to the Board of KCA to oversee and develop all day to day operational matters relating to our significant housing portfolio, including the relationship with the Council’s Homes and Neighbourhoods team. The board are ambitious to extend to range of its current range of provision. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for social housing; a commitment to working for Kirklees, and the commercial and operational skills necessary to work successfully with a range of complex public and private sector agencies.
