We are expanding our service and have exciting opportunities for you to become a Home Support Worker in our Short Term and Urgent Support teams across Kirklees.
As a Home Support Worker, you'll be an essential part of our mission to help rehabilitate individuals to be as independent as possible.
From assisting those recently discharged from the hospital to providing urgent support after a fall, your dedication will play a crucial role in preventing hospital admissions and supporting people in their homes.
Your workday will be dynamic and diverse, encompassing various tasks such as supporting therapy and exercise plans, outdoor mobility practice, personal care, medication assistance, meal support, and more.

Job Rates:
For 21-hour positions:
- Hourly Rate: £12.18 - £12.38
- Total Salaried Rate: £13,337 - £13,560 per annum
- Rota Enhancement: An additional 7% for working on a rota.
For 25-hour positions:
- Hourly Rate: £12.18 - £12.38
- Total Salaried Rate: £15,878 - £16,143 per annum
- Rota Enhancement: An additional 7% for working on a rota.
Casual Positions:
- Hourly Rate: £13.65
