The role:

We are currently seeking to appoint a Marketing and Recruitment Officer to lead on the promotion of our service and help us reach our carer recruitment targets enabling us to widen our offer.

The successful candidate will develop, implement and monitor a range of marketing activity. Experience of producing marketing plans, writing for the web, managing social media accounts, monitoring and evaluating activity. You will seek new promotional opportunities across Kirklees and work effectively within local communities. You will also be required to respond and manage incoming enquiries. Working as flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team and ability to work independently is essential.

About you:

You will have some experience of, but not limited to:

  • Working in a communications/marketing environment.
  • Project management
  • Ability to research and evidence good practice in recruitment
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability and confidence to work with senior figures and stakeholders
