Internally restricted job. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Support Team within the Educational Psychology and Early Years SEND Support Service under the Children and Families Directorate. 

You will be joining a small team in a busy office providing a wide range of administrative support for Educational Psychologists and Early Years Professionals who work with children and young people with Special Educational Needs across Kirklees.

Working alongside your fellow team members you will be providing a welcoming and knowledgeable response for service users and efficient and effective support for service members.  You will need to be self-motivated, flexible and pro-active, with a keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm for working on a variety of tasks. 

Duties will include:

  • Data processing (input and retrieval) – including service-based IT systems.
  • Information and record management.
  • Responding to non-routine enquiries.
  • Specialist word processing.
  • Administration for training events.
  • Working with WORD, EXCEL, TEAMs, Sharepoint.
  • General administrative duties.
