This job is internally restricted. To apply for this job you must be an employee of the Council/KNH for the duration of the recruitment process – up to and including the start date. We are looking to fill an Assistant Team Leader role within the M&E Gas Team, within the Property Directorate. 

As a proactive Assistant Team Leader the successful post holder will support the Team Leader and General Manager with the operational and financial management of their Service/business area. The post holder will work with colleagues across the organisation in line with KNH’s core behaviours and values, supporting the Team Leader, General Manager and Service Manager to deliver the organisation’s purpose, vision and objectives. 

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader to manage a team within the M&E section of the Property Directorate to ensure that the team deliver a first class service to meet customer needs and deadlines for compliance with contract specifications and legislation. As an Assistant Team Leader you will be required to deputise for the Team Leader as and when required.
