Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing manages approximately 22,000 homes on behalf of Kirklees Council, including letting properties, rent collection, repairs and maintenance of those properties, along with investing in longer-term capital repair programmes on housing stock.

As a Management Information Officer you will be working alongside our Business Analyst to help KNH use data to drive its core business decisions, to help us understand where we are making a difference and where we can do more to help our customers and the district of Kirklees.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills to provide performance management information across the organisation – at the heart of what we do is a focus on improving performance, information and systems and by these means better outcomes for our customers.

Whilst management support will be provided, the post is temporarily home based due to Covid 19; remote training and support will be provided by your line manager.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults and children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
