KIRKLEES COUNCIL ARE ADVERTISING THIS ROLE ON BEHALF OF WEST YORKSHIRE FIRE & RESCUE

Do you have excellent communication skills?  Are you passionate about helping people?  As a key member of the Fire Prevention Team, you will assist West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service in delivering fire and road safety strategies.  You will be required to work throughout the county of West Yorkshire carrying out home fire safety checks and educating the public and a range of community groups on fire safety, road safety and arson reduction.

You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have experience of delivering community safety initiatives and education within the community and be able to work on your own initiative.

The post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and requires the possession of a valid driving licence.  Due to Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, you may need a reliable home internet connection.
