We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration to join our award-winning team. In 2020, the Accessible Homes Team were winners of the Healthy Housing Awards (Inside Housing) in the category of “Customer Experience Award”. 

You will work within a community setting as part of the Accessible Homes Team which provides an all-age cross tenure assessment and adaptations service to identify appropriate solutions to restore or enable independent living, privacy, confidence and dignity for individuals and their families. 

Working alongside other Occupational Therapists, Community Care Officers, Medical Advisory Officers and Housing Surveyors, and collaboratively with other health / care professionals, you will assess the needs of individuals, either in their own homes or other residential / care settings and seek information in order to inform clinical decision making with the aim of identifying appropriate adaptive solutions. 

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration. The role will involve working across adults living in our locality, assessing people in their own homes and other settings such as care homes, identifying possible equipment and adaptation solutions to enable independent living.
