The Corporate Facilities Management (CFM) Team provides a facilities management function for all of the Councils’ buildings and land assets (excluding KNH), including Schools, Commercial Buildings, Community Buildings, Office Accommodation and Service Delivery Buildings e.g. Libraries, Children’s Homes and Residential Care Homes to name but a few.

CFM brings together a range of services and functions related to the Council’s land and buildings, capital works and procurement processes. 

You will be part of a busy team providing business and administrative support within the Corporate Facilities Management Section. In particular, your role will to process SAP orders and invoices, monitor contract performance, deal with requests for building repairs and support the wider FM team dealing with asset related matters. You will be primarily based in one location but may have to travel to attend meetings. You will get support and line management from the Team Manager.
