The Job 

We are seeking to recruit a HR Advisor to join a strong collaborative HR team delivering a professional and efficient HR Service. 

Supporting the HR Business Partners, the HR Advisor will provide an excellent HR advisory and support service to key stakeholders and managers throughout the organisation.

The HR Advisor will work towards building a holistic organisational development approach which builds the capacity and capability of the workforce and engenders a culture of continuous improvement.

Our ideal candidate will have experience within a HR generalist role and be able to: 

  • Lead, contribute to and deliver HR Project work
  • Develop and review HR policies and procedures
  • Support the delivery of training/briefing on new or changed policies and processes
  • Demonstrate comprehensive working knowledge of employment law and best practice
  • Undertake employee relations casework and have experience of working in a multi-unionised environment

To do this role you will need: 

  • Graduate CIPD (level 7) or equivalent
  • Excellent working knowledge of employment legislation with the ability to confidently apply this and translate this into HR advice, policy and practice
  • Experience of providing and developing data from HR IT systems which meet the needs of the business.
