Required for an immediate start or as soon as possible, a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic Education Teaching Assistant at this large, friendly Junior school.
The successful candidate will:
- Be enthusiastic, warm and caring and able to develop a supportive relationship with children, staff and their families.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with professionals and parents.
- Be flexible and work well as part of a team.
- Be willing to take on training where required.
- Take direction from the class teacher.
- Work on a 1-1 basis if required
- Work with pupils over lunchtime and engage them in structured play
