In this role you will be an integral part of our 'Right to Buy' (RTB) Team. 

Duties Include:

Undertaking the administration and processing of new Right to Buy applications. 

Updating and maintaining of accurate records and associated processes.

Working to deadlines and legislative requirements.

Processing orders and invoices (Utilising Council IT purchasing systems for orders and invoices relating to the RTB process).

Deal with enquiries via telephone, email and potentially face to face from applicants and their representatives in a customer focused way.

Supporting tenants to understand the process.

Work closely with your team to ensure our tenants and customers receive a high level of service.

Requirements:

A knowledge of a range of software packages including Word, Excel and email.

Excellent customer service skills, being both tactful and professional when dealing with sensitive issues.
