Are you an experienced, dynamic, enthusiastic social work professional who has an excellent understanding of what best practice looks like and is passionate about improving outcomes for children and their families?

We are looking for a leader who can inspire and motivate their team to provide high quality services to our children and families. Working restoratively to build high quality relationships is at the heart of our approach. A creative and flexible approach to work and the drive and motivation to provide outstanding services is key.

As a Team Manager you will provide supervision to social workers and Family support workers and opportunities for reflection and analysis, as well as being responsible for the allocation of casework and actively managing caseloads so that our practitioners are able to do the quality child centred work that they need to. 

We have made significant progress in our journey to providing outstanding services to children and this was recognised in our most recent Ofsted visit in October 2021 and our JTAI in July 2022. Please click on link to: read the full letters on their website.

You will be supported by a Service Manager who is committed to providing you with a comprehensive induction programme, dedicated supervision, and a range of continuous professional development opportunities.
