Are you an experienced, dynamic, enthusiastic social work professional who has an excellent understanding of what best practice looks like and is passionate about improving outcomes for children and their families.

We are looking for a leader who can inspire and motivate their team to provide high quality services to our children and families. Working restoratively to build high quality relationships is at the heart of our approach. A creative and flexible approach to work and the drive and motivation to provide outstanding services is key.

As a Team Manager/ leader you will provide supervision to social workers and Family support workers and opportunities for reflection and analysis, as well as being responsible for the allocation of casework and actively managing caseloads so that our practitioners are able to do the quality child centred work that they need to.
