The role of Asset Delivery Manager will:

  • Lead delivery of HRA related Capital and Revenue investment programmes across Council Housing.
  • Support the Asset Manager in developing overall asset strategies.
  • Lead service improvement planning that supports the achievement of the service vision.
  • Ensure excellence is embedded in the delivery of the investment programme.
  • Provide expert guidance on programme and contract management.
  • Champion the voice of the tenant and integrate into all aspects of delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to programme delivery.
  • Lead and support a multi-disciplinary team to plan and deliver the investment programme.
  • Organise and plan resources in accordance to agreed programmes and delivery targets.

You will be responsible for overseeing and supporting operational staff in the delivery of major programmes of work. 

Interviews will include a 15-minute presentation, details will be provided to shortlisted candidates with their interview invitation.
