Want to gain a recognised guidance qualification and looking for a new challenge?  

You will undertake a comprehensive training programme which will focus on all aspects of our service, ensuring that you receive a thorough understanding of our business. Training will cover delivering careers information, advice and guidance, with a range of clients both young people and adults in order to achieve Level 6 in Career Guidance & Development.

On successful completion trainees will be allocated to a Careers Adviser role and/or can apply for relevant posts within the organisation. 

Applicants should be educated to a minimum of Level 4/Degree Level. All applicants should have experience of working with young people or adults in a helping, training or support capacity.
