Area Cleaning Manager & Specialised Area Cleaning Manager

The Caretaking and Cleaning Service provides a managed cleaning service for 300 locations which comprise of schools, corporate buildings and housing services and caretaking peripatetic and consultancy service to schools. These services operate in a competitive environment where value for money and good customer service are critical to business retention and growth.

As an Area Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality cleaning service to customers in approximately 80 locations.

In addition to the challenges of managing the business on a day-to-day basis, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Service. Supporting and motivating your teams, you will ensure that they deliver a responsive, customer focused service. You will be responsible for approximately 100 cleaning staff. 

We are looking for a strong creative leader who will identify and deliver service improvements whilst building relationships with customers and staff alike.
