An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled 2nd line ICT Technician to join our existing team of field engineers who currently work on a number of ICT projects as well as technically support both our front line operational crews and other functions that all work closely together to make West Yorkshire a safer place.

Do you have the skills to hit the ground running, use your own initiative and work closely as a team?  You will be expected to contribute your existing experience and knowledge to achieving BAU service level targets whilst also helping drive critical projects forward.

You should have demonstrable skills and experience in end user computing support – both hardware and software, Microsoft365 and basic network support. You will need a clean driving licence to travel between all of our sites across West Yorkshire.
