As a proactive Assistant Team Leader, the successful post holder will support the Team Leader and General Manager with the operational and financial management of their Service/business area. The successful post holder will support the General Manager with the operational and financial management of their Service/business area.  The post holder will work with colleagues across the organisation in line with the core behaviours and values of Homes and Neighbourhoods, supporting the General Manager and Service Manager to deliver the organisation’s purpose, vision and objectives.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader to manage a team within the Operations section of the Property Directorate to ensure that the team deliver a first class service to meet customer needs and deadlines for compliance with contract specifications and legislation. All Assistant Team Leaders will be required to deputise for the Team Leader as and when required. 

The successful applicant may be required to support the Team Leader, leading building trade teams delivering, Responsive Repairs, Voids and Planned Works to meet operation needs of the service and undertake any mandatory training necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role.
