Kirklees Council are advertising this role on behalf of Chellow Heights Special School

Chellow Heights Special School would like to appoint a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our expanding team to work in small classes of pupils in a special school setting. The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner with passion and commitment to make a difference. The successful candidate will support pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

We are looking to recruit SNTAs who are experienced in working with children with a range of special needs. The post will be based at either the West or South site. You will work as part of a team of specialist staff to contribute to the effective and efficient teaching and learning of pupils with additional needs.
