We are looking for an innovative and knowledgeable senior professional with significant experience of working in a safeguarding environment to join our leadership team. You will have operational responsibility for the Kirklees Adult Safeguarding Board and for adult social care quality and performance. Through the direct line management of the Principal Social worker and matrix arrangements with other key posts including the Principal Occupational Therapist, this role will ensure a system wide focus on safeguarding and robust social care practice at all levels You will provide direction and leadership to your teams, developing services to meet future needs and embed and enhance safeguarding.
