We are looking to appoint a newly qualified graduate to work in our Accountancy/Internal Audit teams to study for the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) qualification. 

You will hold a degree at 2.1 or above and have excellent A level results (minimum of 3 x Grade B or equivalent).

You will need to be committed to working within a public sector environment and delivering a high quality Accountancy/Internal Audit service. You will be able to evaluate financial and management information quickly and accurately, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong literacy and numeracy skills, be comfortable with a range of IT packages/systems and be willing to study over an extended period of time.

Appointment will be at the bottom of the salary scale with annual progression dependant on exam success and satisfactory performance within the workplace.

The recruitment process will include aptitude tests and an interview.

Successful candidates will need to meet the Apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria as the training is funded by the Apprenticeship Levy.
