Kirklees Council are advertising this role on behalf of West Yorkshire Combined Authority.

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Employment and Skills team, within the Economic Services Directorate of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority.

The Role

Working as a pivotal member of the Employment and Skills team your work will be supporting a number of innovative projects that positively impact the lives of individuals and businesses in the region.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake a Business Administrator Apprenticeship at Level 3. The apprenticeship will typically take 13 months to complete and would involve 6 x day workshops, mentor visits and end point assessment.

This is a busy and varied role and the successful candidate must be able to prioritise, meet multiple deadlines, use their initiative and work independently.
