An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Business Support Manager within the Special Educational Needs Assessment & Commissioning Team (SENDACT). You will have responsibility for the supervision of business support officers within SENDACT and ensuring that business support and business processes within the team are responsive, fit for purpose and customer focused.

There may also be some opportunities to support Head of Service for Educational Safeguarding and Inclusion on the transformation and improvement agenda of key services within Special Educational Needs and Inclusion.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience within business support and team leadership. The work of SENDACT is statutory and complex, experience within this area of work or an ability to develop an understanding of this area of work through training and support, is essential.    

You will be expected to exercise a significant degree of self-motivation and the ability to be positive, creative and solution focused.
