The salary for this post is within the NJC pay spine range 18-20 of the Sixth Form Colleges’ pay spine for Support Staff, £28,499 - £30,406 per annum (pay award pending). Standard practice is to appoint on bottom of scale.

As the HR Advisor, you will support the Senior Director of HR in providing a professional HR service for all stakeholders, including teachers, operations staff, senior management and external agencies in line with the College’s policies, processes and employment legislation. You will join a small HR team in a busy, varied and rewarding role, supporting the full employee lifecycle.

The ideal applicant will have experience of managing complex employee relations casework, strong understanding of employment law, educated to degree level or equivalent, or have relevant HR experience and have a CIPD Associate Level 5 qualification and membership.
