Enhance Academy Trust is a successful and growing Church of England Multi-Academy Trust which provides a home for both Church schools and Community schools.  In September 2023, the Trust will comprise of 13 Primary academies and a Post 16 Creative and Performing Arts free school based in Wakefield and Kirklees.

We are seeking to appoint an HR Advisor to lead all aspects of HR across the Trust.  This a new role for us, and the successful candidate will possess a wealth of experience and knowledge to accurately advise schools leaders and managers on a range of issues including discipline, attendance, performance and grievance, as well as contracts, health, wellbeing and engagement.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in an HR role, ideally working with schools and academies, who has a good understanding of teachers and support staff terms and conditions, as well as experience of dealing with complex casework.

The role will be varied and interesting. If you are passionate about delivering a service that is flexible and solution-focussed, this is the role for you. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, proactive and innovative. Previous experience of managing HR casework is essential, as is a desire to provide the best possible HR support and advice to our schools.
