As a Catering Team Leader in one of our satellite kitchens you will help to ensure that a high-quality customer focused catering service is delivered to pupils, staff and visitors to the school.  You will supervise customer service assistants and you and your team will receive, present and serve prepared food from a nearby kitchen.  You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and the completion of some documentation.  In addition to providing the service on a day-to day basis, you will be involved in providing theme days and other events to promote and develop the service.

A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent qualification is required as is the ability to present and serve food for a minimum of 50 customers daily. Administrative skills and the ability to supervise staff are also essential. 

It is anticipated that you will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 11:00 to 14:00 approximately.
