Lunchtime Supervisor - Nields Junior, Infant and Nursery School

The Governors, Headteacher, staff and pupils at Nields Junior, Infant and Nursery School are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to provide cover during the midday break.

The successful candidate will organise and support appropriate lunchtime play activities and encourage good behaviour in accordance with the practices of the school. 

You should be able to engage children in play activities and it is essential that you have the ability to react in a positive manner to difficult situations which may arise amongst children. It is also essential that you have the ability to relate to children from diverse ethnic/social backgrounds. You should be willing to undertake First Aid training if required to do so.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All staff are subject to an enhanced DBS check. A conviction may not exclude candidates from appointment but will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
