This job is internally restricted. To apply for this job you must be an employee of the Council/KNH for the duration of the recruitment process – up to and including the start date. The Housing Growth Team (Asset Management) is offering an exciting opportunity to broaden your experience in supporting the delivery of a multi-million pound targeted housing growth strategy. 

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Technical Assistant to join our Housing Growth Team delivering the following functions:

  • The long-term pipeline of buyback and refurbishment of 50 ex-council homes per year under the Council’s buyback scheme
  • Management of non-HRA properties under QSH, PGIM/PACE and KNH Living management agreements
  • The building of 100 new affordable council homes per year 

The post holder will work with colleagues across the organisation in line with KNH’s core behaviours and values and contribute to the delivery of the organisation’s purpose, vision and objectives, ensuring positive outcomes for the business and KNH customers.

You will also work in partnership with and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders – private tenants and landlords, vendors, estate agents, developers and consultants as well as our internal stakeholders.
