Headfield C E (C) Junior School, rated a ‘Good’ school by Ofsted in July 2019, invites applications for a maternity cover key stage 2 class teacher to join our large and inspiring team from September 2020 or as soon as possible.

This post is to cover maternity leave and is fixed term until Easter 2021, but may be extended.

This post is suitable for both experienced teachers and NQT’s.  

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an excellent Classroom Practitioner and has the ability to ensure all children make good progress.
• Has high expectations of themselves and others.
• Is able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is able to build positive relationships with children, parents, staff and Governors.
