An opportunity has arisen for a 1:1 SEND Support Assistant to join Harden Primary School.  Harden Primary School is a happy, lively, caring school at the heart of the vibrant, strong Harden village community.  We are a school with a strong ethos of learning through ‘courtesy, kindness and respect’, which underpins our curriculum.  Harden Primary School has committed dedicated, enthusiastic and conscientious staff who work tirelessly to meet the needs of all pupils. The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent personal communication skills
  • Experience of working with children with additional needs
  • Be literate and numerate holding GCSE qualification grade A-C
  • Have to have or be willing to undertake a level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Willingness to develop their skills in a supportive environment
  • Be well organised, punctual and can work on own initiative
  • Be an enthusiastic member of staff
