The Corporate Facilities Management (CFM) Team provides a facilities management function for all of the Councils’ buildings and land assets (excluding KNH), including Schools, Commercial Buildings, Community Buildings, Office Accommodation and Service Delivery Buildings e.g. Libraries, Children’s Homes and Residential Care Homes to name but a few.

CFM brings together a range of services and functions related to the Council’s land and buildings, capital works and procurement processes, they are also responsible for the Health and Safety Compliance in all Council assets.

You will be part of a busy team but in particular your role will include the following:

  • to provide a day to day budget monitoring function for a complex revenue budget
  • to provide management and statistical reports as required
  • to use computerised systems including SAP to interrogate data for reporting and checking purposes
  • to liaise with relevant services, teams and individuals to query or check charges and payments made

You will be primarily based in one location but will be expected to travel to attend meetings where required.

You will be supported and Line Managed by the Corporate FM Senior Management Team.
