As a primary school adviser, you will be at the forefront of educational innovation and progress. Your role will encompass providing invaluable guidance, fostering collaboration, and leading professional development to elevate the standards of education within our 237 schools.
You will:
- Nurture a culture of care, excellence and inclusivity across our region.
- Build strong relationships with school communities to support a holistic approach to education.
- Offer expert advice on school improvement, curriculum development, policies and practices.
- Work alongside school leaders to preserve and enhance the distinctive nature of their schools.

We can’t match salaries on the leadership spine but we still offer an attractive annual salary of £56,752, recognizing your dedication and expertise. We also ensure the reimbursement of car and traveling costs. To help secure your future there is an 8% non-contributory pension, with the opportunity for an additional 5% contribution matched by your employer.
