Spring Grove School is an outstanding multi-cultural school that lies at the heart of a supportive and diverse community in central Huddersfield.

Our Business Support team is an important part of our school and we wish to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated individual to support that team to cover an existing member’s promotion into a new role.

You will be the first point of contact for children, visitors and callers, providing a friendly and professional reception service.  The role will be varied and you will also assist other members of our team as and when required.

You will need to:

  • Have some experience of working in an office or in an administrative role – preferably in a School but not necessarily so.
  • Have some reception experience, either desk or telephone based.
  • Have experience of Microsoft Office using Word and Excel, and Email;
  • Have good verbal communication skills in order to liaise with children and other staff members.
  • Have the ability to communicate with people of diverse backgrounds. Bilingual skills would be an advantage.

In return we can offer you a warm and welcoming school community, with a firm set of values embedded in everything we do:

  • Respect for each other
  • Aspire to be the best we can be
  • Confidence and resilience in everything we do.

If your values match ours, and you think you have the skills we are looking for, then please do apply.
