St John Fisher Catholic Voluntary Academy is looking to appoint a dynamic and visionary member of staff to design and implement a progressive Careers Advice and Guidance Curriculum, provide bespoke one to one career advice and to run the library. 

This is a new post and sits under the Assistant Headteacher of Personal Development who is also new to post in September. 

Together, we would like both posts to forge a culture of high Aspiration, which is one of our 'Care' values. 

The role will be supported until the end of March 2023 by C&K Careers, so continuing the work they have done to ensure all students have clear pathways of progression. 

The librarian part of the role will support the implementation of Accelerated Reader and to develop exciting and dynamic ways to encourage a love of reading. This will form an important strand of our literacy strategy for next academic year.
