We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill this analyst post on a full-time basis for 24 months initially.

You would be working in our Adult Social Care BI team which is part of our new Intelligence and Performance Service. The Service supports all areas of the Council and is an exciting and fast developing environment with many opportunities for skills development and advancement.

The adult social care BI team itself is a small, friendly productive team of analysts.  We have started on a journey to move our legacy systems onto a SQL platform and are developing tableau and excel products to support social care staff and managers.

We need someone who is a good communicator committed to service improvement and who can deliver intuitive and transformational reporting solutions.  We’ll want you to be curious and capable of always looking for better ways of delivering reliable and useful information to support social care teams.

Knowledge of adult social care is not essential but having the ability to transform data into meaningful analysis is.
