Kirklees Council are advertising this role on behalf of BBG Academy.

We seek to appoint a skilled and dedicated Inclusion Support Worker (ISW) at BBG Academy. We are looking for applications from candidates who can assist to motivate our learners to achieve their best, can promote a “Growth Mindset” in all, and nurture students to see challenges as opportunities to flourish. The suitable candidate will hold GCSE A* – C or equivalent in English and Maths, have relevant experience of working with students and will have a sound understanding of how to support and facilitate the learning and progress of students. You will play a pivotal role in helping students overcome barriers to learning, therefore raising the standards of education attainment.

BBG Academy is part of The Rodillian Multi Academy Trust, which also includes The Featherstone Academy, Brayton Academy, Southway and the founding school, Rodillian Academy. BBG Academy is oversubscribed, has achieved significantly above average Progress 8 scores over the past three years and holds an Ofsted rating of good.
