The Rodillian Multi Academy Trust has a reputation for high expectations for all, a pioneering curriculum and excellent staff/student relationships. In return, the successful candidate will enjoy access to high quality CPD at all levels and the chance to work in an organisation that does things differently. Our academies are a place where staff can develop their skills, find their own style and methods of teaching, learn and grow alongside their students, and feel that they are making a real difference to the lives of those they teach. The Trust is committed to providing private school opportunities in a modern comprehensive environment. We believe that traditional values of discipline and respect are sacrosanct.
