KIRKLEES COUNCIL ARE ADVERTISING THIS ROLE ON BEHALF OF WEST YORKSHIRE JOINT SERVICES.

We are looking for someone who is wanting to expand their experience, and is highly motivated and enthusiastic, to work with us to provide support to our senior team at West Yorkshire Joint Services.  The role will involve working directly with the Management Team, helping us to deliver on a range of key priorities. It’s a great opportunity to work in a small friendly environment on a range of issues, and to shape the way we work.  The successful candidate will need to be keen and willing to learn, have excellent written skills and be able to co-ordinate and manage a number of workstreams.

You must be able to demonstrate experience and skillsets in the following:

  • Managing and delivering projects to fixed timescales;
  • Experience of working with, or overseeing, quality management systems;
  • Experience of dealing with information governance and GDPR;
  • Working with and presenting data;
  • Producing written documentation of a very high standard;
  • Experience of using and rolling out SharePoint to end users;
  • Have an ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure and deliver projects from concept to completion stage.
