We seek to appoint a driven, highly skilled and customer focussed IT professional for the role of Senior IT Technician. The successful candidate will take a very committed stance on ensuring that IT Services are safe, secure, and robust, whilst maintaining flexible, friendly and strong working relationships with all stakeholders. The position will be predominately based out of The Farnley Academy where the successful candidate will be part of a team providing outstanding IT Support for the academy Staff and Students.

The IT Services team support all academies within The GORSE Academies trust allowing all members of the team to share knowledge and best practice effectively. With the support of the newly formed Infrastructure and Development team all academies will have continued development of IT systems and services and the opportunity for personal CPD.

The Farnley Hub consists of 4 academies, The Farnley Academy, Ryecroft Academy, Elliott Hudson College and The Stephen Longfellow Academy. The successful candidate will work with the IT Hub Manager, Academy staff and students to support and develop IT throughout the academies.
