The provision has 12 transitional places for KS1 and KS2 children as well as providing outreach for primary schools in Kirklees.

We would like you to:

The post involves working in partnership with parents/carers and families in order to build confidence and trust.

Dependant on experience, this role may also see you providing an outreach service to other schools, sharing your expertise and supporting pupils in other settings.

We can offer:

-        A supportive, friendly team.

-        A caring ethos with strong links to St Saviour’s Parish Church, Brownhill.

-        A strong emphasis on collaborative work.
