Senior Business Support Officer - West Yorkshire Joint Services

The successful applicant will have excellent IT and communication skills and be flexible about the type of work required. There will be a range of business support duties which include the following:
- Coordination of the Business Hive Meeting Room Facilities;
- Raising invoices, setting up new clients, handling payments and debt recovery;
- Produce monthly transactional reports for budget monitoring purposes;
- Organise and take notes for meetings.
Applicants should have experience of working in a busy office environment, ideally with experience of working in an events, meeting room hire environment and be educated with GCSE passes (grades A to C) or equivalent including English & Maths and be computer literate with MS Office with a high level of expertise in Excel.
