We are an outstanding special school for pupils aged 4–19 with a wide range of complex needs. Our approach is rooted in care, respect and ambition: we expect the very best for our pupils and support them to achieve it. Our curriculum is unique, purposeful, creative and designed to unlock every child’s potential.
Due to growing pupil numbers we recently advertised a number of posts, not all of which have been filled. We are looking to appoint a talented teacher to lead learning in a class of children who each have a range of complex needs and communication and interaction difficulties. We are interested to hear from you whatever age group your experience is within. Some of our staff have timetables which cover more than one Key Stage, flexibility is an asset!
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from both mainstream and special school backgrounds. What matters most is your:
Experience of complex needs teaching is an advantage but not essential – we provide high-quality training and ongoing professional development.
